Access and timings
We sort the logistics so move day runs cleanly. During the survey we check parking, loading bays, lifts and building access at both sites, and book any permits or lift slots. We schedule the move for the time that costs your business least.
Packing and labelling
Good packing and labelling is what gets a business up and running fast at the other end. We supply crate hire and materials, and pack desks, files, IT peripherals and shared areas ready for transport.
Everything is labelled by desk and department, so each crate lands with the right person and your team unpacks without the guesswork.
IT, furniture and equipment
We handle the whole workplace. Desks, chairs and workstations are dismantled and reassembled, and IT and equipment are moved with care. We coordinate with your IT team on disconnecting and reconnecting live systems, so nothing is left to chance.
Storage and insurance
Room to stagger the move if you need it. Our commercial storage holds furniture, stock or records until you are ready. Every relocation is insured up to £100,000, and we are BAR-regulated and Trading Standards approved.
