Our removals process, step by step
We work to the same method on every Grays move, so nothing is left to chance:
- Enquiry. You call or send the quote form with your dates and both addresses.
- Survey. We assess the volume, the access at both ends, parking, and any specialist or fine art items. This is what produces the final written quote.
- Quote. We send a fixed written quote setting out the price, what is included, and any items to note. The price does not change on the day.

- Post-move handling. We check specialist items and condition records at the far end, remove packing debris where agreed, and hand over any storage arrangements.
